Tucson Fun Strummers
Ukulele players of all levels meet at the Catalina Community Center on Fridays at 12:15. Beginner ukulele lessons are offered for free. Send your email address in the form below for more information.
Strummin' Wonders of Del Webb
I began Strummin' Wonders in January of 2012 after teaching piano and ukulele in Wisconsin. This group performs concerts 3 times a year and performs at senior living centers 2-3 times a month. After I moved to Tucson in July of 2021, the group continues to practice every week and perform.
Manteca Ukulele Band
Started in 2016, this group practices all types of music and welcomes all ages and abilities. This group jammed once a month until the Covid shutdown, so all jams are now virtual.
Meet Carla
I have a B.S. Degree in Instrumental Music Education from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Also a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering - Computer from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
But I love playing and teaching
the ukulele the most!
